A feasibility study on the mass production of a small wind turbine blade using an injection molding process was conducted. The divided into three sections suitable for molding, and mold designed analyzed Moldflow CAE S/W. optimal feedstock material selected through comparison analysis candidate materials. manufactured to test evaluate related parameters. resulting assembled with other components, generator installed assess its durability, safety, performance under various conditions. results indicated producing which predicted higher productivity lower costs compared traditional manufacturing methods that rely heavily manual labor.
